1. Personally identifiable information collected by Intertek Solutions, Inc. (ISI) which includes client name, address, billing information, credit card numbers, and other payment information shall only be used in conjunction with obtaining payment for services rendered as authorized by our clients under the Terms of Service agreement. ISI does not provide nor sell any personally identifiable information to outside parties.

2. ISI takes privacy very seriously. Credit card information collected by ISI across the Internet for subscriptions or other internet services are encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, and stored on our secure server only long enough for us to relocate the information to our billing computer. For maximum protection of clientel information, our billing computer is completely standalone and doesn't have any physical network connection to the Internet, or any other network. In fact, it remains in a powered down state at all times except for that miminal time required for us to process credit card information, thereby assuring you of maximum protection.

3. ISI may collect non-identifying and aggregate information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, web page requests, port accesses, services accessed, etc. for the purposes of improving our services and network capabilities to better meet our clients interests. ISI does not provide this information to outside parties.

4. ISI considers email transmitted via our service to be private correspondence between the sender and recpient. Therefore, we do not monitor, edit, nor disclose the contents of your private communications, except for legal reasons as disclosed in our Terms of Service agreement.
